First National Bank of South Miami (FNBSM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Moynahan as Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer. Moynahan will be responsible for all lending and credit functions for the Bank.

Mr. Moynahan enjoys over 30 years of banking experience acquired in financial institutions in the South Florida area. Moynahan’s expertise covers all aspects of Commercial Lending. 

Moynahan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University. In addition, he holds a Southwest Graduate School of Banking Masters Certificate in Commercial Banking from Southern Methodist University.

Moynahan has served on the Boards for the South Florida Center for Financial Training (A.I.B.), Neighborhood Lending Partnership, Orange Bowl Regatta and the U.S. Sailing Center.  He is an active member of the Biscayne Bay Yacht Club and on the Executive Board of the Coral Reef Yacht Club.

First National Bank of South Miami (FNBSM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott A. Breitkopf to the position of Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer, Trust Department.  In this new capacity, Mr. Breitkopf will augment the trust area by overseeing and managing all aspects of this vital area, including: estates, personal trusts, investment management accounts, custody services, IRA accounts and new business development.

Mr. Breitkopf brings customers of FNBSM more than 25 years of expertise as a trusts and estates officer in major positions in the South Florida market.  His extensive experience includes fiduciary administration, tax, estates, investment and business development.

Mr. Breitkopf earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Accounting from The George Washington University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law.  He is a member of the Florida Bar, holds Series 7 and 66 Licenses, as well as Florida Life Health and Variable Annuity Licenses.
